イギリスのBiotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council (BBSRC）による「UK-Japan Partnering Award」に福田賢一郎研究員（生体ネットワークチーム）、Nicolas Le Novere博士 (BioModels DB, EMBL-EBI)、Douglas Kell教授 (Manchester Centre for Integrative Systems Biology)、北野宏明博士（システムズバイオロジー研究機構）らによる提案が採択されました。

このグラントは、イギリスと日本の研究交流を目的としたもので、「Interfacing Standards and Ontologies in Systems Biology」というテーマで研究交流を図って行きます。
