The computer system for the prediction of tertiary structures and functions of protein molecules ("Blue Protein", eServer Blue Gene Solution, IBM, four racks version, peak performance 22TFlops) has been installed with file servers and etc. in the computer room of our new building on 17th January 2005, after passing the integration system test in the US.

We are planning to utilize the computer system for the prediction of tertiary structures and functions of protein molecules to research on protein structure analysis via molecular dynamics, on protein-compound docking, and so on.
