CellMontage is a “cell type”-oriented gene expression profile analysis system, which provides fast profile-profile matching software and catalogues for human cells with their profiles. By eigen value decomposition co-expressed genes are extracted from generalized human normal cells. The co-expressed gene clustering data are available upon request. The profile data are reorganized from GEO database at National Institutes of Health, U.S.A. into our unified CM-format.
