Summary

ASIAN (Automatic System for Inferring A Network) is a web server to infer a network by the combination of hierarchical clustering and graphical Gaussian modeling (GGM). GGM is one of the methods for the statistical association inference with a simple mathematical structure. Note that GGM sometimes fails due to the redundant data with similar patterns. To escape the failure, ASIAN adopt an original stopping rule for hierarchical clustering. See details in our papers on the web site. In addition, the user can perform various statistical analyses in the user's interests as well as the network inference: the hierarchical clustering with four types of metrics and seven types of techniques, the estimation of cluster number, and the GGM.
